Cardamom (3.5oz)

Cardamom is the trendy spice of now. This is of course a wildly popular spice in Indian food and it is commonly used in Norwegian bread. It is a very intense, full flavor and was the favorite flavor at the Winter Fancy Foods show of all of our cookies. If you are of the ilk who enjoys cardamom in your coffee this is for you.
