Tea, Coffee and Wine Pairings

All of our Garden Shortbread Cookies have been professionally paired.

Here's what the experts have to say:

Cardamom • Extraordinary with Chai tea, Bold coffee like a Kenyan or Ethiopian, or dry Sauvignon Blanc, pinot noir, or an un-oaked Chardonnay!

Cinnamon Basil • Pair with an English Breakfast tea, Espresso/Capuccino or Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, or Chianti.

Fennel Pollen • Because of its complexity this Cookie can be paired with a delicate white or deep Black tea, Sumatra coffee, Cabernet Franc, or Cambria Pinot Noir.

Lavender • Pair with Earl Grey tea, Medium House Blend coffee, excellent with white Port or floral white wine, a dry Gewürztraminer or Syrah.

Lemon Thyme • Wonderful with a Chinese Green tea, Breakfast Blend coffee, or citrusy white wine like a Sauvignon Blanc.

Ginger Squared • Wonderful with an Oolong tea, Guatemalan coffee, or Cabernet Franc, or Cambria Pinot Noir.
